4 Design and Construction Management offers the following:
- survey entire unit
- take pictures of the existing situation.
- create a vision of the design according to the customer’s style
- colour and finishing material selected
- furniture placement suggested
- window and door suggested
- creative wall treatment, feature walls viewed
- renovations and construction advice
- 2-D computer generated plan with PDF file issued for main spaces
Initial consultation hourly fee: $125.00 +HST / Minimum 2 Hours
