4 Design and Construction Management provides exterior and interior design for new construction of apartments, condos, single family dwellings and commercial spaces including:
- layout of the unit
- landscape drawings
- vision of design according to customer’s style and needs
- 2-D plan for all floors
- furniture placement suggestions
- 3-D renderings to illustrate the space
- prepare estimate of quantities
- provide paint colours, finishing material and samples
- coordinate with third party (engineers, architects and trades)
- 2-D PDF shop drawings
Design cost is $3.00 + HST /square foot
