All commercial and residential construction agreements, holdbacks, substantial performance certifications, and prompt payment timelines are governed strictly by the provisions of the Ontario Construction Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. C.30).
Architectural concepts, space planning diagrams, renderings, and construction specifications prepared by 4Design & Construction remain the intellectual property of the firm until full contract execution and compensation as stipulated in individual service agreements.
Project milestones and construction schedules are contingent upon timely municipal permit clearances from relevant Ontario jurisdictions, unobstructed site access, and prompt owner approval of shop drawings and finish specifications.
These terms and all related construction contracts are governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
